Zinnias....again!?

it's been 13 days after i planted a zinnia seed. since it hasn't been sunny here i put them under a lamp light no farther away than 1 inch. i have 3 blooms and they all look A LOT like zinnia seedlings.

i have never had very much luck w/ growing plants is that okay to put them in direct heat and light 4 more than 6 hrs at a time?

is it weird that i have more than one seedling blooming?

Zinnias....again!?
You must have worded this wrong. Are you saying that you planted the seed 13 days ago and now you are having flowers? If so, I'm hiring you to work in my greenhouse. Try rewording what you are saying.

To answer the rest of what you are saying, 1 inch away is way to close. If you have a good grow light, follow the directions on the owners manual of the grow light. Some recomend anywhere from one foot to several feet. For example, the grow light I have in my greenhouse is about 8 feet above my plants.
